Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Introduction
Astel Systems believes in transparency and customer satisfaction while also safeguarding store and brand policy requirements. Final return, refund, exchange or cancellation approval is subject to product condition, invoice verification, physical inspection and applicable brand policy.
General Returns
- Returns may be accepted within 1 day from the date of purchase, subject to approval by Astel Systems.
- The product must be unused, sealed and in its original packaging.
- The handset must not be activated, opened, damaged or tampered with.
- All accessories, manuals, box contents and invoice must be available.
- The product must be returned to the same store/location from where it was purchased.
Documentation Required
A valid purchase invoice/bill is mandatory for return, exchange, warranty or DOA claims. Products once activated, opened, damaged or used will not be eligible for return or exchange unless categorized as DOA by the brand as per official brand policy.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
- All DOA cases are handled as per the official policy of the respective mobile brand.
- The customer may need to visit the brand-authorized service center and obtain a valid DOA certificate.
- The certificate must clearly state the issue and confirm that the device was faulty on arrival.
- Replacement, repair or upgrade will be handled as per brand guidelines after valid approval.
Additional Terms
- Return or exchange requests without proper documentation or physical verification will not be processed.
- Accessories, software, bundled products and sealed items once opened may be non-returnable.
- Physical damage, liquid damage, screen cracks, missing accessories, box damage, software tampering or unauthorized repair will void return eligibility.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated only after inspection and confirmation by the seller and/or brand.
- Approved refund timelines may take up to 30 days.
- Approved replacement or exchange delivery may take approximately 7-15 days, depending on product availability and brand/store approval.
Cancellation Policy
Order enquiries may be cancelled before billing, dispatch or delivery confirmation. Once the product is billed, dispatched, delivered, opened or activated, cancellation may not be allowed. If any advance payment has been made, refund or adjustment will be handled as per store confirmation and applicable payment terms.
