Orders or enquiries are reviewed by the store team after submission. Dispatch, delivery or pickup will be confirmed only after product availability, payment terms and customer details are verified.

Delivery Timeline

• Local delivery in Jaipur may be available for serviceable areas as confirmed by the store.
• Nearby or metro delivery may generally take 2-4 business days where courier/service support is available.
• Non-metro or distant locations may take 5-7 business days or more, subject to courier availability.
• Store pickup may be available after confirmation from Astel Systems.

Next-Day Delivery

Next-day delivery may be available only for selected products, selected locations and confirmed orders. This depends on stock availability and store approval.

Shipping Coverage

Delivery may be available in selected serviceable areas. Some remote locations, restricted zones or courier-limited areas may not be serviceable.

Tracking

If the product is shipped through a courier or delivery partner, tracking details may be shared by SMS, WhatsApp, phone or email where available. For store-managed local delivery, the store team may update the customer directly.

Shipping Charges
